What is the difference between Tae Kwon Do and Tang Soo Do?

Tang Soo Do is a traditional Martial Art which emphasizes the development of the whole person. Tang Soo Do students are taught a variety of hand and foot techniques for purposes of self-defense, as well a training philosophy that encourages physical and mental development.

No, you are not too old to begin martial arts training. Tang Soo Do regularly has students start from childhood through their 50's and older. Tang Soo Do is a practical and effective martial art that does not incorporate gymnastics.
