Tang Soo Do is one of the few activities where parent and child can work out together, following the same curriculum and practice together. Parents are encouraged to step away from the sidelines and onto the training floor for this exciting class. Children and adults alike are expected to work hard. This is a class for serious study in the martial arts; it is conducted at a much higher level of intensity than the Youth Classes. The number one requirement is a positive attitude toward self-improvement. Advanced techniques are taught towards the end of class.


Our formal training curriculum includes traditional forms and weapons training in addition to practical self-defense and better fitness for improved health. In addition, our classes offer strength, flexibility and endurance training which provides you with a total workout. These classes are challenging and exciting and are for the student who believes that fitness, self-discipline and camaraderie can be found in a traditional martial art. Our family atmosphere promotes brotherhood and friendship while relieving the stress of daily life.
